We ensure that client’s requests are taken into account before and/or on the day of the assessment of the premises. Both our sales executives and draftsmen use their extensive experience and knowledge to provide the best solution we can offer to accommodate client’s needs improve efficiences and satisfy customers’ storage requirements.
Dennis International Merchandising Inc. ensures that goods are delivered safely and on time at the customers’ sites our skilled installers are able to provide exceptional services to our clients by working closely together with our sales executives and draftsmen.
Specific and important instructions are made available to the installers, while sales executives do time to time site inspections to warrant that the clients expectations are fully understood and are met. Safety is highly valuable to us, which is why safety officer is present in every project that we do.
Dennis International Merchandising Inc. knows how crucial safety is to our customers and their employees. We see to it that the racks and/or shelves are inspected before we fully turnover the site to our clients. In certain projects, we do make ocular inspection from time to time or as often as requested or needed to make sure that the racks and/or shelves are in good condition.
Our company carries extensive range of replacement post, beams, bracings, lock pins protectors and shelves so damaged items can be easily replaced in no time to prevent the disruption of the operations. We highly value our customers so we ensure that the utmost service is provided to them.
